Walkable/bikeable to Clinch Park Beach, downtown shopping and restaurants - about 8 blocks (approximately 1 mile). TART trail access within easy biking distance.

The house contains 3 apartment suites all with private entrances and a commercial space rented to a law firm also with a separate entrance. Access to the parking lot is through the alley which runs behind the building.
We love to meet new people and would be happy to provide insight and suggestions. However, access to the apartment is via a keyless lock so the amount of interaction that you have with us will be up to you. We live locally and will be on-site most weekdays if any problems crop up.
There are lots of things to do in our area for folks looking to stay outdoors and keep their distance:
Beaches - Bryant Park Beach (walking distance), Senior Center Beach, Sunset Beach and Clinch Park Beach all within approximately a mile.
Biking -try the TART Trail which connects you to resorts, shops, restaurants, parks and the waterfront - we do have a bike rack but we also have great bike rental shops in town.
Hiking - check out the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy for spectacular nature trails
Rent a kayak or a paddle board to use on Grand Traverse Bay
Chill out and try a SUP yoga class
Visit the "Most Beautiful Place in America" by taking a drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes
Root for the home team and see the Traverse City Pit Spitters in action in their outdoor stadium
Go back in time with a visit to the 1950's at the Cherry Bowl Drive-In.
For shopping go downtown or to the Mercato located at Grand Traverse "Commons" for cute boutiques.
Farmer's Market - Sara Hardy market downtown or at the Commons or try farm stands on a drive around Old Mission Peninsula while you are wine tasting.
Wine tasting is awesome in our little slice of heaven but for those of you that are more inclined towards beer we have lots of craft breweries in town.
We have great restaurants downtown ranging from eclectic to high end. Grab a bite at Little Fleet (gathering of food trucks, check out their live music schedule) or try roof-tops at Pangea's Pizza or a drink at Hotel Indigo.
Most of our restaurants have pick-up or delivery available if you decide to eat in or alfresco.
Within walking distance (or a short drive) to all of TC’s major attractions.
No parties/events. No smoking, No vaping, No pets. Be respectful of other guests and neighbors by limiting noise after 10:00. We welcome children, but our apartments are not childproofed.
